Listing Description

Pentre Fach

Escape to a beautiful barn conversion with your nearest and dearest, taking time to enjoy a slower pace. Lounge about with the luxuries of a private hot tub and endless open space, or set out in search of adventure (and good pub grub) amongst the undulating local lands of rural Mid Wales.

Enjoying an open plan interior throughout with split-level accommodation, Pentre Fach is stylishly furnished in a contemporary, clean feel whilst maintaining a cosy, countrified charm. Make the most of the great outdoors during your stay, by frequenting the luxurious patio area, rolling green lawn and perfectly private hot tub.

Indoors

The interior of this beautiful barn conversion is split over three luxurious levels. A ground floor bedroom boasts a double bed and TV, with two twin bedrooms on the first and second floors. There is a large ground floor bathroom and the open-plan kitchen is fully equipped for any evenings you decide to dine in.

Outdoors

There is an abundant of off-road parking, as well as a glorious garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. The hot tub is situated down some steps from the outdoor dining area, and there is lockable bike storage available upon request.

Nearby

Pentre Fach forms part of Lower Pentre working farm, which also offers another beautiful barn conversion opposite, named Pentre Fawr. This provides an ideal opportunity for a larger group to holiday together, with a combination of both accommodations sleeping up to 14 guests.

Perfectly placed for peace and quiet, Pentre Fach is about 10 miles away from the local town of Llandrindod Wells, which boasts an illustrious history thanks to its ‘healing waters’ from ancient wells. Unleash your inner child and take a paddleboat out onto the lake, or discover delectable fare in the many different eateries on offer.

There’s plenty of adrenaline-fuelled adventure to be enjoyed in this area of Wales, with everything from rally driving near Knighton to canoeing or kayaking along the River Wye.

If it’s decent pub grub in the heart of the handsome countryside that you’re after, you’ll be glad to know that there are a selection of stellar watering holes on offer. The Lion in Llanbister serves irresistible ales and hearty, homely fare, whilst the Dolfor Inn is said to serve ‘unforgettable’ desserts.
