If you’d prefer to head more inland then we recommend exploring the spectacular Cambrian Mountains for lakes, waterfalls and romantic wilderness.
Foodies will find many a place to tempt the palate such as The Cellar, one of Aberaeron’s best rated restaurants. With a cosy atmosphere and local specialities, not to mention the beautiful views over the harbour, it’s one for the list. The Hive and Harbourmaster are also popular places to eat. If you do get to go to New Quay, you should definitely sample the menu from the Lime Crab and treat yourself to some delicious Ice cream from Creme Pen Cei.
