How do I book a property?
On each listing there is either a button to message the owner or book online which will take you directly to their website. Bookings can then be made directly with the owners.
Why can I not search by dates on The Wanderlist?
The Wanderlist does not have the ability to filter by date due to it not being a booking agent. The Wanderlist simply lists properties and the owners are responsible for ensuring their calendars are up to date.
Why can’t I book directly on The Wanderlist?
The Wanderlist is a commission free Online Directory. Owners simply pay an annual or monthly fee to list on the website. Guests then arrange commission free bookings with the Owners saving both parties any additional fees.
Is the Wanderlist involved in the booking process?
No, The Wanderlist is simply an online directory to help you search for your ideal property. We are not involved in the booking process.
How can I find out the cost of a stay at my preferred property?
On each listing there is either a button to message the owner or book online which will take you directly to their website. You can then contact the property owners directly to get a full price for the duration of your stay.
How can I find out more information about a property?
If you have any questions about a particular property, please contact the owner directly by using the message the owner or book online button. Whilst we know a lot about the properties we list, the owner will know more.
How do I pay?
Each property owner uses a different booking system, payments will be made directly with owners, not through The Wanderlist.
Do I need to pay a booking fee?
No booking fees apply to bookings made through The Wanderlist. We keep our costs low for our owners which keeps the costs low for our guests.
Is this the cheapest I can find this property?
Yes! Because we don’t charge commission rates to our owners and you are booking with them direct, you are getting the best deal!
Can I bring a dog?
Many of our properties are dog friendly. Check out our dog friendly listings for inspiration.
Are towels and linen provided?
Most of our properties do provide towel and linens for your stay, but it is advised to check with each individual property before booking.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Unfortunately we do not sell gift vouchers as bookings are arranged directly with the Owners.
I’d like to share photographs of an amazing holiday I had at a property featured on The Wanderlist – how can I do this?

I am not getting a response from a property I am enquiring to, how can I contact them?
We are sorry you are experiencing problems, please get in touch with us and we will try to contact the owner on your behalf.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Please contact the property owner directly to find out about their individual cancellation policy. We recommend reading the terms and conditions for each booking before confirming.
What Covid measures are in place for bookings?
Many of our property owners are happy to rearrange your booking for alternative dates should the need arise. For their cancellation policy, please speak to owners directly.
